[B][U]Key initial responsibilities of the HR Manager include[/U][/B]: ** Addressing and satisfying the strategic needs of the business ** Implementing HR best practice and strategy within the organization and leading a team of HR staff ** Providing local knowledge of HR practices, trends and regulations ** Reporting to and acting on instructions from KKMSOFT Management and Business Units ** Developing a robust talent acquisition strategy including hiring from employee referral, job portals and direct channel, as well as campus relationship, hiring & branding strategies ** Developing and implementing the unit's job grading and compensation and benefits strategy ** Designing, developing and execution of personal assessment and development programs ** Managing the reception and administration functions team. [B][U]Desired Profile [/U][/B]: ** 5+ years of HR experience, including 2 years of proven ability to lead a team of HR professionals. ** Solid HR generalist and change management experience in the software development / sales / training domain. ** University graduate with exceptionally good English language skills.
