The candidate should be familiar with Cabling, Data Networking (LAN, switches, WAN, IP, Firewall), Wireless Networking, IP Telephony,Servers & Storage & Tape Library (Windows 2000, 2003 Server, Windows 2003 Storage Server, Red Hat Linux, File Server, Anti Virus Server, Proxy Server, Mail Server, Active Directory Server, Backup via Enterprise Backup software),IT Support (PC, Printer, Scanner, Laptops, Servers, Datacenter, Access Control)
