Being an in charge of Tablet and Capsule section, I have total responsibility of all shop floor activities from Dispensing Granulation to coating of Tablet as well as from Granulation to filling of Capsule with a team of chemist, operators and helpers.

Involved in different processes of Solid Drug Dosage production development cycle like Dispensing of active and non-active Raw materials, Sifting, Granulating,Blending, Milling, Tablet compression, looking after troubleshooting, stage wise yield calculation, label and weigh finished products as per Sop’s.

Involved in Cleaning, Setting and Operating of various machines and rooms according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).
Responsibility to produce products with a consistent quality and to give maximum output from all sections with in a frame of quality (cGMP).

[b][u]Responsibility to follow cGMP my self as well as educate my sub- ordinates to follow. [/u][/b]:
Responsibility to make weekly schedule and shift schedule as per production target and to ensure its implementations.

Responsibility to maintain healthy work of mind, discipline and teamwork among those who are working under me on shop floor.
Maintain various PBR(production batch record), reconciliation records,in-process check records Responsibility to keep B.M.R, B.P.R, machine logs and other related production documents up to dated in all respects. Maintained various documents i.e. machine log books, temperature and
