 [B][U]Rules And Requirements [/U][/B]:
[B][U]Report Submission [/U][/B]:
1.After team registration the team should submit the design report on or before the date mentioned.
2.The committee should take the decision on the submitted design. And announce the result.
3.[B]The report should carry the following things[/B] :
     1. Complete specification of the vehicle.
     2. 3-D design of the vehicle.
     3. Motor specification in detail
     4. Team innovation.
     5. Marketing trends.
     6. The Report in PPT and PDF format only accept
     
[B][U]Eligibility Criteria[/U][/B]:
1. Student possessing under graduation and Post graduation from above mentioned branches allowed to participate in the rally and to make this as a perfect solution for the future Vehicle.
2. Final year students are allowed (only for this academic year 2013)
3. Passed out (2012) students are not allowed.
4. Age limits for the students Min., 18
5. Driver Should Have License. As per following
      a. Vehicle designed by Two Wheeled. MCWG or MCWOG license is must
      b. Vehicle designed by Three or Four Wheel. LMV license is must.
6. Enlightenment will be changed as per request.

[B][U]Important Instructions to the Student [/U][/B]:
1. Students must from the discipline of following
          a. Mechanical Engineering?
          b. Automobile Engineering?
          c. Production Technology?
         d. Electrical & Electronics Engineering
2. Maximum three team per college allowed
3. Teams can have upto 6 Members Maximum for 2 wheelers and 10 member’s maximum for 3 or 4 wheeler.
4. Participating teams must submit a bonafide (Team name & Members name) along with their Collage Id’s.
5. Team Driver must Submit the Valid Driving License
6. Registration process done by two Phase
          a. Pre-Registration
          b. Report Submission. (along with the specification of the vehicle and CAD modeling)
7. Only team selected in the prelims allowed for the rally.

[B][U]Rally Registration[/U][/B]:
Team should Pre-Register before the Team Registration. It’s available on the site. Participants have to take a DD-sum of Rs.2500/- favouring “DEAN MAHER¬FET” payable at “Chennai” (in any nationalized bank).

[B][U]Fee Detail[/U][/B]:
Phase 1 - Rs 2500/- (Team Registration)
Phase 2 - Rs 7500/- (After Result)
The DD should be sent along with the team registration details. Team should also send the team leader’s name, collage name and mobile number.?
