**  Assuring physical and chemical properties of product made within specified limit.
**  Interacting with customer if any complain comes regarding quality.
**  Co operating production people for the smooth running of mill and crushing plant.
**  Preparing test report as per company standard as a proof of quality and sending the same to marketing people which they send to customer.
**  Responsible for the maintenance and calibration of various Laboratory equipments such as XRF spectrometer, Rapid mill, Press, Dryer etc.

**  Responsible for various testing on raw materials with respect to ISO standard and giving result of acceptance/rejection to purchase department.
**  Responsible for various testing of body and glaze to pass for normal production.
**  Responsible for various testing of new product for R & D. 
**  To supervise glaze charging in accordance with the specified composition.
**  To give instruction to slip house for the grinding hour of ball mill(porcelain body, glaze, quartz powder)
**  To carry out test in presence of external customer representatives (inspector) to satisfy customer with their required quality parameters.
**  Responsible for the maintenance and calibration of various Laboratory equipments such as XRD sedigraph, pot mill, Flame photometer, Dilatometer, MOR testing tensile machine, Dryer etc.
**  To take part in 5S work.
**  Responsible for the following of safety norms in the laboratory according to OHSAS standard.
