 Import documentation (under various duty free scheme)
 Handling 3% duty free license, EPCG license, Focus license etc. and also handling all ExportImport matters with DGFT, Customs, Central Excise, Inspection Agencies & Bengal Chambers of Commerce. 
 Documentation (as per RBI rules) for foreign commission payment.
 Co ordinate with Bank for inward & outward remittance and negotiate the rate.
 Dealing with Forward Contract Account (Advance rate booking) 
 Coordinate with domestic and foreign buyers through email from sampling to order confirmation and following up for payment.
 Follow up C.H.A for necessary documents & duty Draw back. 
 Coordinate with logistics and shipping lines for Export & Import. 
 Coordinate with Production & Finance department.
 Handling insurance matter related Exportimport.
 Coordinate with Council for Leathers Export (CLE) for time to time renewal and fulfill the formalities for participation in the various fair (like Garda, Dusseldorf, etc.) and other matters.
 Projected planning for production and monitoring regular basis. 
 Procurement of packaging (as per buyer instruction)
