** Responsible for Web Hosting services (shared, dedicated, vps, reseller, domain name) & Data Centre services.
** Responsible for looking after renewals (both Web Hosting & Data center services).
** Handling and converting prospective clients to the potential customers by using various sales strategies.
** Customer interactions (via in person, phone, chat, email etc.), contract negotiations.
** Understanding clients’ requirement and Drafting proposals accordingly.
** Follow up’s with clients for timely recoveries.
** Coordinating with technical team to getting things done in a way a client requires
[B][I][U]Skills Sets[/U][/I][/B]: 
** Professional education in the field of IT / Computer applications / MBA.
** Sales experience in web hosting & data center will be preferred.
** Strong prospecting and closing skills.
** Understand the technical concepts of Web Hosting Services, Network Security, Data Center and related terms and technologies.
** Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills

[B][I][U]Technical Support Executive (Web Hosting) [/U][/I][/B]:
[B][I][U]Job Profile[/U][/I][/B]:
** Knowledge of Web hosting control panel, Plesk , Cpanel, Hsphere
** Knowledge of windows operating system.
** Knowledge of Web servers (Apache, IIS), Database Servers (Mysql, MSSQL), Mail Server (Qmail, Exim, IIS SMTP, Mail enable), DNS Servers (Bind) etc.
** Knowledge of server side scripting languages like asp.net 2.0 / 3/5 framework, PHP 4 /5, Perl, cgi, Shell scripting etc.
[B][I][U]Skills Sets[/U][/I][/B]: 
** Any Graduate with Computer/ Information Technology Specialization or Diploma in Computers
** Experience in Web Hosting Company will be an added advantage.
** Experienced in related hardware/software and system technologies.
** Good verbal and written communication skills
** MCSE's / RHCE's/ CCNA's preferred.

[B][I][U]Job Profile[/U][/I][/B]: 
** Managing Multiple Pay per Click (PPC) campaigns across multiple search engine including Google, Yahoo, MSN.
** Must have knowledge of Google Adwords, Yahoo Search Marketing and MSN AdCenter.
** Analyzing Online Market and creating list of potential Keywords & Phrases using different keyword searching tool like Google Keyword tool, Word tracker etc.
** Write PPC ad copies and testing alternate Ad copies and improved conversion rate.
** Creating creative display ads
** Bid Optimization on Google, Yahoo and MSN by generating regular campaign reports.
** Preparing Marketing Strategies after analyzing US, UK, based online Market.
** Keeping regular eye on trend and updating campaigns regularly to increase conversion rate maintaining CPC and CTR ratio.
** Creating & Managing Campaigns In Both Search & Display Network by using Contextual Targeting & Placement Tool.
** Preparing report from Google, yahoo & MSN.

** 1-2 yrs of Experience in PPC only.
** Comfort with existing and new technologies.
