[I][U][B]Qualifications[/B][/U][/I]: **Bachelors degree in Fine arts is mandatory, Master's degree will be preferred. **Five (5) to Seven (10) years of industry experience of delivering designs with a strong portfolio. **Skilled in Sketching, Typography, Conceptualization, Visualization **Well-Versed in designing websites, web and desktop applications, Print Designs, Vector Graphics **Understand color themes & Codes, develop mood boards **Must have ability in taking the product brief to Visual Designs and Clickable Prototypes **Knowledge of Content development, Browser Compatibility, Convert Design layouts to HTML formats **Experience in developing design guidelines, templates, and Specification Documents. **Proficiency with Design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Corel, Flash, Dreamweaver HTML,CSS **Knowledge of Action Scripting and Flex carry advantage **Excellent written and verbal communication skills. **Must have strong project and people management skills and be able to function as project leader as well as individual contributor. **Proven track record of designing products/services that meet user needs **Proven effectiveness working within cross-functional teams to include user research, product management, engineering, and marketing. **Designers with a strong portfolio can apply.
