The incumbent will be responsible for attending and making phone calls, transferring calls to others, monitoring issues related to telephone & EPABX, receiving various bills parcels & couriers, verifying and forwarding the bills to various depts, coordinating with different courier companies, forwarding & dispatching letters, handling & distributing stationeries, handling petty cash etc.

Should have good communication skill in English, should be well versed with MS Office and must be presentable. Graduates from English medium background are preferred. ONLY LOCAL CANDIDATES WILL BE CONSIDERED

Responsibility includes interaction and co-ordination with the active & dormant customers with reference to the data-base provided and through referrals. The incumbent will have to execute orders. He / she will co-ordinate and update the customers & production dept about the production schedule. He / she will be monitoring the documents related to shipping etc.

Lead a team of people. The candidate would be single point of contact for the customer for delivery of above processes. Ensure service delivery and SLA delivery to the client. Handled teams working on multiple processes with Maximum size & supervisors.
