** Candidate must have excellent communication skills in English to understand requirements and work with client teams.
** Candidate should be able to design, develop, debug programs and mentor others.
** Candidates must be able to manage working in agile mode with tight delivery schedules
** Candidate must have experience in development of SAAS based on multi-tenancy
** Candidate should be able to prepare project plans, report status and manage a team.
** Candidates must have strong analytical and problem solving skills
** Candidate must have 7+ years of hands on experience in design and development of enterprise applications using J2EE frameworks including Spring, Hibernate, Drools etc.
** Candidate must have experience developing AJAX based Rich Internet Applications. Yahoo User Interface (YUI), Google Windowing Toolkit (GWT) is a plus.
** Candidate must have experience developing REST based web services and SOA
** Good to have experience with any ESB framework.
** Candidates must have strong sql skills working with relational databases like Postgres (preferred), Orcale, MySQL, etc.
** Candidate must be able to work with QA teams to fix bugs and defects
