** Should have lead a team of L1 and L0 for a given set of servers

** Experience in virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper V/PVC/Open Xen/Citrix Xen/OnepVZ/KVM)
** Candidate Should have min 2 years of experience in Chat Support
** Worked on above asked platform thoroughly
** Installation/ Configuration & monitoring of above asked platform

** 3-6yrs of experience in handling the Network & Solutions for any of an IT Infrastructure service provider/IT solutions Integration Company.
** Effective communicator – verbal, written and presentation skills
** Strong working knowledge in Vulnerability Assessment, Network Audits & Performance Assessment
** Should have strong skills in Configuring & Managing Network Devices Switches & Routers, Configuring & Managing Security Appliances like Check Point / Cisco ASA / FortiGate / Sonic Wall, Handling firewall technologies like NMS, VPN, and IDS IPS
** Should have good communication skills & excellent customer interfacing skills
** Should have good exposure on ITIL Process
** Should have good analytical/problem solving skills
** Should be good at time management & should have the ability & desire to learn new skills.
** Should have lead a team of L1 and L0

** Troubleshooting of Core, Distribution and Access switches in LAN and WAN network..
** Configuring Static, Dynamic Routing and Inter VLAN communication on Routers/Switches.
** Identify and analyze the network gaps and escalate to the team lead
** Conduct Network Performance tests
** Manage Security Infrastructure solution using Firewalls.
** Configuration of Fail Over, Load Balancing & Bandwidth Management, and Gateway level Anti Virus and Content Filter in Firewall.
** Installation, configuration and securing Fortigate , Cisco ASA and other firewalls
** Regular backup of devices
** Regular cross check of configuration changes and alert team lead
** Preparing network diagrams
** Documentation
