   **Experience in technology with specific experience in building and developing mobile application (Native and Hybrid).
**Should Work under minimal direction and the ability to plan and  conducts research in application technologies in support of business  objectives.
**Must have at least 2-5 years of recent experience on developing and deploying mobile applications.
**Good amount of experience with major mobile platforms : iOS, Android, BlackBerry, Windows Phone and J2ME.
**Good understanding over enterprise mobile application security and Payment frameworks.
**Experience with Web services : JSON, XML, REST, SOAP, POX.
**Experience with JAVA, Objective-C, Java Script, XCode, Eclipse.
**Strong analytical, organizational, and communications skills required.
**Work experience with HTML5, JQuery, CSS2/3, Ajax is preferred.
**Should have worked on at least one single MEAP (Appcelerator, Syclo, PhoneGap, Sencha touch, MoSync...) platform.
**Experience in Integration with e-commerce solutions, Google API's, In-App purchase, Notifications etc. is a plus.
**Good knowledge of Data structures and Algorithms, threads and complete comprehension of memory management.
**Experience with other mobile platforms like iOS, Android, BlackBerry will be an added advantage.
**Proven experience deploying and performance tuning custom mobile  applications on specific devices (troubleshooting memory leak problems,  preventing unexpected crashes, managing concurrent phone events,  managing data interaction with web services).
**Self-motivated, proactive, problem solving and interpersonal skills  with good levels of communication. Both written and verbal.
