2. Preparing Preventive & Periodically Maintenance check sheets to meet the machine manufacture requirements to reduce the Breakdown Maintenance.
3. Preparing the Preventive Maintenance Schedule for VMC,HMC & SPM and execute the same with supporting arrangement – like Manpower, Material etc.,
4. To attend the breakdown at VMC, HMC, SPM machines and all types of drives like simens, Fanuc.
5. To attend the breakdown and modify the programs in PLC.
6. To attend the breakdown and modify the programs in IR and Atlas capco DC nut runners.
7. Preparing & Execute Predictive Maintenance like Oil Cleaning, Condition monitoring & Axis load checking etc.,
8. Implementation of 5S activity to improve working atmosphere.
9. Preparing & Maintaining of Machine to Record as per QS 9000.
10. To Trace out Complex Hydraulic & Pneumatic problems.
11. Maintenance of Utility equipments like Compressor, material handling equipments etc.,
12. Preparing & maintaining machine & equipment record (History & Breakdown).
