As Production Planning Engineer
- Complete responsibility of production, planning, deliveries, customer satisfaction, audit etc.
- Planning daily production schedules and monitoring the plan 
- Process planning.
- Producing quality parts as per customer specification & quality norms and ensure that there is no or low rejection and re-work.
As Operation In charge
- In charge of plant setup in Manaser Regrinding plant (Delhi)
Layout planning of Office premises and Shop floor, purchasing, Installation & commissioning of new machineries.
- Start to end plant project & man power planning, training and handling.
- Co-ordination between departments like QA, purchase, HR, Accounts, maintenance, IT, marketing engineers, design and all Vendors related to operations.
- As programmer and operator worked in various- machines like HAWEMAT 5 – AXIS CNC and UNIVERSAL TOOL GRINDING MACHINE (7 Axis). UN135 (5 Axis).
 Regrinding of End mill, Drills (all type of drills), Step- drills and Form tools
worked in manufacturing of new tools.
