JOB DESCRIPTION FOR DESIGN ENGINEER/SR. DESIGN ENGINEER (ELECTRICAL)
[B]Education [/B]: B. Tech (Electrical)
[B]Experience [/B]: 2-3 Years in Electrical engineering Design.

[B]Skills [/B]:
** Hands-on experience in using Auto-Cad
** Knowledge of Relevant Codes & Standards of design of electrical equipment.
** Knowledge of electrical single line diagrams.
** Knowledge of operation and control of Generator, Generator neutral earthing, Generator protection relays, Generator voltage regulation panels, Instrument transformers, HT and LT Switchgear, DC motors and starters, Battery and battery chargers.
** Proven Oral and Written Communication Skills in dealing with the suppliers and consultants.

[B]Responsibilities [/B]:
** Preparation of Electrical single line diagrams
** Preparation of Tripping Logic Diagrams for Generator protection.
** Preparation of Specifications and release of indents for different electrical items to be procured for projects.
** Preparation of schemes related to Generator, Generator protection relays, Generator voltage regulation panels, Instrument transformers, HT and LT Switchgear, DC motors and starters, Battery and battery chargers.
** Witness FAT on Electrical equipment at supplier premises with Customers to demonstrate & validate functionality of different electrical equipment.
