- Looking after entire logistic / warehousing functions inclusive export.

- Introduced Good warehousing Practise with implementations of various systems & methods as per cGMP.

- Successfully handled & got clearance at first attempt USFDA & EDQM audits during 2006.
- Got sufficient exposure to various regulatory / customer audits / ISO / OHSAS audits.

The Attainments:
- Obtained certificate of Competence in Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001) as Internal Auditor in a training programme conducted by reputed faculty Mr. Sanjay A. Rajpal.
- Introduced tanks in place of small drums/containers in case of many high volume Hazardous items thus saved time and safety of personnel.

- Done material coding as per alphanumeric pattern in system updated and got traceability of all materials location wise in stores.
- Ensured material coding, its storage as per storage condition with conducting temperature mapping of warehouse, implementing pest control plan, etc.
- By proper handling and utilising first expired first out method minimised wastage/ loss and timely consumption of critical raw materials prior its obsolence.

- Reduced lead time by selecting vendors of printed foils and other items from nearby places hence.
