[B]Result of Departmental Examination - 2012 for ITIs &  ITOs.[/B]
The Directorate of Income Tax (IT) has issued the result of Departmental Examination - 2012 for ITIs on 28/12/2012. The certified copy shall be made available by the concerned CCIT/CIT (Examination Incharge) only. Before providing certified copy of the result, the concerned CCIT/CIT (Exam. Incharge) are requested to verify the eligibility of Partially Qualified (PQ) candidates w.r.t. the number of Attempts and earlier Subject Exemptions.

Similarly only those SC/ST candidates, who have earlier qualified the Departmental Examinations, either under the old pattern or the new pattern with relaxed standards, are eligible for availing Betterment Chance. The date of declaration of result is 28/12/2012 for all purposes.
