They are requested to collect their admit cards on 15.12.2012 from the Special Officer (Administration) of the Court during the office hour on submission of two recent passport size photographs.

Further, the candidates belonging to the SC/ ST/ OBC category shall furnish attested copy of the cast certificate on the date of written examination and furnish the original thereof at the time of interview.

The following addendum to the notice dated 27.11.2012 is hereby issued for the Written Examination for absorption of Fast Track ADJs in the regular cadre of District Judge which is scheduled to be held on 16.12.2012.

[B]The applicants / candidates are required to  [/B]:
i) appear in a written examination consisting of two papers each carrying 75 marks ( 150 marks in total);

ii) the qualifying marks shall be 40% in aggregate for General candidates and 35% for SC/ ST/0BC candidates in each paper;

iii) the interview shall carry 100 marks and the qualifying mark in the interview for both General and SC/ ST/ OBC candidates shall be 40%  and each of the appointees shall be entitled to 1 (one) mark per year of service in the Fast Track Courts which shall form part of the interview  marks;

iv) the candidates belonging to the ·SC/ ST/ OBC shall furnish attested copy of the caste certificate on the date of the written examination for consideration of their claim and furnish the original thereof at the time of interview.

v) the subjects of each paper of the examination shall be as per Appendix- B of the OSJS and OJS Rules,2007;

vi) The venue of the examination is DAV Public School, Abhinaba Bidanasi, Sector - 6, C.D.A., Cuttack.[/QUOTE]
