2) Select your Category No. & Post     
3) Enter your Name     
4) Enter your Date of Birth        
5) Enter text as shown below
6) Click on the Submit button

29     Application received after 17.00 hrs. on closing date.
30     Photo copies of the certificates not attested by Gazetted officer. (e.g., Attestation by Member of Municipal Council/legislature, Notary, Officers of Ltd. Firms, Boards, Corporations, Principals/ Teachers of Private school/colleges, MBBS doctors. are not gazetted officers  hence their attestations will not be acceptable.)
