Screening of requisitions prior to forwarding for procurement action. Material receipts, physical inspection, stacking, issuing, condition monitoring, maintaining minimum & maximum level of critical & fast moving items, maintaining fifo system, maintaining all stores documents (stock ledger, dmr etc). Day-to-day reporting to project management, planning & stores manager. Forwarding of materials’ invoices to accounts. Creating different reports as required by management.
