The job profile involves administering and maintaining a LAN of 160 systems which includes win2k server, Win2k Professional. Installation of Local and network printers, besides this, the job includes coordinating and troubleshooting problems in relation to hardware and software.

- Maintenance of Desktops, Laptops at Offices. This includes the updating Anti-Virus, OS patches, Disk space maintenance, removing of unwanted data form system, Physical maintenance.
- Maintenance of Servers, Daily Backups, Server Storage monitoring and implementing data archival techniques.
- Maintenance of LAN, WAN, Broad Band Modems, Co-Ordaining with ISP to maintain the network.
