Job Profile
- Looking for incoming raw material (PE,PP,PVC,ABS , HDPE , LDPE , Copper , Polyester Yarn , Packaging Material Boxes Spools Etc ) Testing .
- All Testing of Raw Material Intermediate and finish Product according to IS/ISO/ASTM/UL-444 Standard.
- To carry out analysis works both for online and offline samples as per the laid down procedures and to maintain all analytical records.
- Investigation of customer complaints and suggesting corrective and Preventive action
- Field inspection of RM & sub raw materials and finished product and maintain all working records.
- Preparation of analysis report for the incoming materials. Preparation of QA report and test certificate for the final product.
- Clearance of final products by SAP R/3 version, (QM module).
- Proper Handling of Customer requirement & Resolve within Stipulated time.
- Gained good knowledge on SQC, participated in ISO Audits, third party inspection.
- 8 D & 5 Why Analysis for Customer Complained & corrective & Preventive Action.
- Maintaining QA Lab by Following 5S & Lean.
- Calibration of lab Equipments within stipulated time. 
- Preparation & revision of Quality Standards .
- Monitoring & end to end process of rejections & holds .
