Job Description
Recruiting candidates for ITES,Non-IT,Banking industries
Sourcing candidates from job portals,referencing,head hunting...
Doing intial screening,scheduling the candidates and other HR activities
Interacting with the clients, co-ordinating the interview process

Desired Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate must possess:
1. Very good attitude and willingness to learn
2. Should be a very good team player
3. Should possess excellent communication skills (Both written and oral)
4. Minimum 0.6months of experience (any field) is required. Candidates from recruitment and call center field would be an added advantage
5. Male candidates preferred (Unmarried)
6. Graduation is mandatory
