[B]1) Cold Fusion Developer [/B]:
**    Educated to Degree level in a Computer Science or have 8+ years experience
**    Advanced Cold Fusion MX 7 and above including components and object-orientated development
**    Demonstrated experience with CSS, JavaScript, and creating complaint, accessible web pages
**    Previous experience with databases especially MS SQL. Knowledge of stored procedures, views, and database design is useful
**    Previous experience of developing with a CMS application is a requirement
**    Knowledge and use of XML, Web Services, and object inheritance
**    Proficiency with Windows web servers, application servers, database servers, and their maintenance
**    Experience in managing websites using IIS, and JRUN. Knowledge of Apache is useful

[B]2) Ux & UI Designer [/B]:
**    We are looking for talented and self-driven User Experience and UI Designers (Ux & UI Designer) to join our team.
**    Candidate Should have 2 to 4 years of experience on front-end or UI skills, and knowledge of user experience design.
**    User experience and UI design of webpages and applications, including for mobile devices.
**    Prepare high resolution wireframes, convert wireframe into mockups
**    Excellent designer with ability to create visual illustration, creative UI with usability and device specific considerations
**    Experience in few of the common graphic design tools such as Photoshop
**    Adheres to web standards best practices and usability guidelines
**    Ability to work with development team and provide UI support
**    Good presentation and communication skill
**    Good team player
