The RMS solution will be developed under a phase approach. This is to ensure key functionalities and benefits are realized at the earliest opportunity to enhance the operational management of the ITVision Programme. This document will capture requirements for all phases. Once they are fully defined, a process of management review and prioritization will take place to define the content of each of the phases to be developed. There are two types of billings ICA Billing and Pre Billing. Pre Billing is done by IBM UK to Shell. IIPL facilitates prebilling for IBM UK. Reports are generated on the base on Activity Classification (Weekday Overtime, Called Out Hrs, Weekend Overtime, Shift, Called Out, Holiday Hrs, Onsite Hours Shift Hours) once the report generated, it can be sent to DRM by PMO admin resource for validation.

Workflow Management System takes care of document flow from one department to another for authenticated user through mails. The current architecture of the workflow management system is consists of Main Application, Admin Level and Notification Services. In the Main Application the authenticated user can enter and raise any request for his/her corresponding heads. Admin level is used to update the flows from one department to another in the master tables and monitor the processes and etc. Notification services takes care of Remainder, Delegation and Escalation when manager not responding for users request after every three hours system will send a remainder mail to particular manager if it exceeds more than three times then that request will be escalated to another department.

 This project deals about Field Force Automation(FFA).This Project Contains Master and Transaction modules. Astra Zeneca is a one of the Top Five Pharmaceutical companies in the world. Astra Zeneca currently has PSRs and TBMs spread all over India, who visit the doctors, chemists and stockists assigned to them, for product promotion.Their daily field activity is currently being reported on a hard copy in a pre-specified format. This report is sent to the regional office where a physical database of this information is maintained. Due to the large volume of information, it is difficult to maintain these records, and get readily available data for analysis. To overcome these problems, a web based application can be developed, which will allow the PSRs/TBMs, or a data entry person identified in the regional office, to logon to the application and post the daily activities. This Master module maintains all the details about Employees, Doctors, Products and Stockists and Chemists. The Transaction module deals about Login, Daily Call Report ( for PSR ) and Daily Activity Report ( for TBM ). Here, the summary of fieldwork will be displayed automatically by the system. Finally, we have to update, delete, modify and all information stored in SQL Server Tables.

Description:
This project deals about Sales Force Automation (SFA).This project contains Master, Mapping and Transaction modules. APS Manja is a manufacturer of Sauce Product (Lemon Sauce, Tomato Sauce, Vegetable Sauce etc). This finished products from the production department are transferred to the Stores / Distributors. These products are moved to the outlet by the sales staff through vehicles. The vehicles are loaded with the products of various type and quantity. The stocks loaded in the van are updated in the PALM TOP. During the time of uploading the van, the PALM data is transferred to the server. This Master module maintains all the details about channel, outlet category, area, sales staff, sales manager, driver and vehicle. This transaction module deals about Van-Loading and Van-Unloading a sauce product. Here, we have to calculate damage item and Stock transfer as well. Finally, we have to update all information in the database.

Rejection might happen to leave request at any point and subsequently employee will get an email notification with reason.
