- Design of IQC system formats.
- Vendor rating for CKD & SKD.
- Deviation control- in materials recd/ process / final products. 
- Analysis of incoming material properly /tech specs etc. 
- Production loss minimization for quality (Monitor /Generate data for losses of production/materials).
- Vendor development to meet specification.
- Vendor analysis and rating and rectification as per material quality, timely dispatch.
- Generate and maintain the master file of quality documents.
- Rejection monitoring (process and sampling based).
- Preparation of control chart/pie chart/Pareto for top 5 defects. 
- Conduct Process KAIZEN to improve quality. 
- Minimizing the variation in the process by proper audit. 
- Generate record of first article report.
- Product Life test as per scheduled or lot and maintain documents.
- Regular Quality audit to process and product and monitor the finding result.
- Get agreement of inspection/sample from supplier.
- Control & updating of ECN.
