[B]1)Placement Coordinator  [/B]:
Educational Qualification - Graduation (Minimum).
Experience - 1 to 2 years (Minimum).
Prior experience of interaction with various organizations.
Good communication skills in Hindi, English and the local language.
Good computer knowledge of MS - Word/ Excel and Office.
Has to be a good administrator, communicator, problem solver for the FIWE trainees.
Has to have experience of collection, compilation and maintenance of all the student's related documents of all centres, including training data, placement data, etc.
Prior experience of 1 year (Minimum) of Business to Business (B2B) interactions.
Prior experience of maintaining rapport with the officials of placement organizations, including the CEO, Director, etc.
Has to have experience of motivating youths for placement after the training.
Has to be a link between FIWE trainees and the organization after the training is complete.

[B]2)Zonal Coordinator[/B] :
Educational Qualification - Graduation (Minimum).
Experience - 2 to 3 years (Minimum).
Prior experience of Team Leader for a team of at least 20.
Prior knowledge of all the Village, Post Office, Mandal, Block, District and the BPL youth density in the zone.
Good computer knowledge of MS - Word/ Excel and Office.
Has to be a good administrator, communicator, problem solver and team motivator.
Has to have prior experience of staff induction and ensuring maintenance of proper documentation of the records.
Has to have experience to supervise the collection, compilation and maintenance of all the student's related documents of all centre’s, including training data, placement data, etc.
Prior experience of maintaining all the documents relating to finance, staff, students, training, placements both in hard & in soft copies.
Prior experience of maintaining rapport with the Govt officials, including the CEO, APO, sarpanch, sachiev etc.
Prior experience of checking all the administrative expenses of centre’s.

[B]3)Centre Coordinator  [/B]:
Educational Qualification - Graduation (Minimum).
Experience - 1 to 2 years (Minimum).
Prior experience of Team Leader for a team of at least 10.
Prior knowledge of all the Village, Post Office, Mandal, Block, District and the BPL youth density around centre.
Good computer knowledge of MS - Word/ Excel and Office.
Has to be a good administrator, communicator, problem solver and team motivator.
Has to have experience of collection, compilation and maintenance of all the student's related documents of all centres, including training data, placement data, etc.
Prior experience of maintaining all the documents relating to finance, staff, students, training, placements both in hard & in soft copies.
Prior experience of maintaining rapport with the Govt officials, including the CEO, APO, sarpanch, sachiev etc.
Prior experience of checking all the administrative expenses of centres.
Prior experience related to mobilization of BPL youths for placement oriented skill development.
Prior experience of attending monthly meeting of Sarpanch at BDO Office, etc.
