Role
To Plan and monitor Design and development activities as per service standard. Also to escalate the issues to superiors which are affecting the schedules.
To allocate Jobs to the design team and manage day-to-day functional activities.
To check and review correctness of bill of material
To coordinate with manufacturing function on day today issues so that the quality standards of the product are maintained.
To ensure that the design and manufacturing process is adhered as per ISO Process.
Ensuring that the planned Standardization activities are fulfilled on time.
Motivate design team for innovative solutions.
To impart training to internal team members
To visit customers for technical discussions or troubleshooting
Ability to work in Integrated design and manufacturing environment with focus on validation of design by involving in manufacturing activities to ensure consistency in quality
