Preparation of complete set of documents pertaining to export/import –SEA and AIR
Ensuring timely submission of necessary paperwork
Co-ordination with relevant government bodies and authorities for attestation and other approvals.
Close co-ordination with shipping companies/ transporters and clearing agents for booking and scheduling of the shipments.
Tracking the status of the shipment and regularly updating all the concerned parties.
Assist in monitoring and ensuring standard business procedures and policies.
Coordinating with overseas agents on time to time basis as per job requirement.

[B]2)Freshers –Sales and Marketing / Executive - Sn Executive Sales and Marketing  [/B]:
Maintaining and capturing sales on the basis of relationship- they  should always be there for client’s queries and doubts and should satisfy the customer’s expectations.
Aim to increase company’s market share of the total business volume.
Develops sales strategy and achieves sales target set by the management.
Close co-ordination with shipping companies/ transporters and clearing agents for booking and scheduling of the shipments.
Presenting the company and the services to the clients, in a structured and professional manner.
Lead a team of Sales and Operations executive.
Will act as a profit centre head  of the respective branch.

[B]3)Asst Manager Sales / Manager Sales  [/B]:
Maintaining and capturing sales on the basis of relationship- they  should always be there for client’s queries and doubts and should satisfy the customer’s expectations.
