Job Profile- - Preventive, shut down and break down maintaince of equipments like rotatory kiln,cooler,pumps,gear box,belt conveyour,vibrating screens,weigh feeders,coal and iron crusher,magnetic seprator,fans,pulse jet type bag filter. - Maintenance of hydraulic and pneumatic systems. - Projects,erection,installation,commissioning and prototype development of mechanical equipments. - Inspection of equipments,indenting spare parts. - Application of grease according to the type of parent material. - Application of welding rod according to the type of material to be welded. - Project planning,estimation of steel required,indenting steel,equipments for project of 350 TPD sponge iron plant,power plant,coal washery plant. Achivements- 1) Implemented greasing schedule of mechanical equipments which result in decrease of breakdown of equipments from 6 nos to 1 nos in a month. 2) Carryout replacing work of Kiln Support Roller’s bearing(24184) in 24 hrs from machine shop,25 kms away from plant,which result in starting equipment two days before than schedule date. 3) Daily inspection of equipments and implementing preventive maintainence of defects results increase in effective run of equipments by 25% in a month from previous. Project-Member of team in Crest steel for installation of 5 nos Pulse jet type bag filters,capacity of backward curve fan ranging from 11000 m3/hr to 57000m3/hr. Industrial Training-21 days vocational training in BHILAI STEEL PLANT,Grade-Good. Training taken in- Roll turning & repair shop,Sintering plant II,wire rod mill.
