[B]1)Quantity Surveyor  [/B]:
Candidate should have proven track record in Construction Industry. He should be B.E./ Diploma in Civil Engineering from reputed institutes with 12- 15 yrs of experience. He/ She should be well versed in preparing/verifying / analyzing of bill of quantities, valuation of work done. He should coordinate with Contractors/ Vendors. Should have Knowledge of Ms word, Ms Excel, Ms Project.

[B]2)GM Projects  [/B]: 
Candidate should be proven leader and a great co-ordinator highly experienced in managing time bound execution of large projects in multi task environment. He/She should be B.E. Civil with 18-22 Yrs of experience e (with minimum 8yrs as Project Incharge). Should have executed large Residential/ Commercial/ highly finished multi- storeyed building projects. Should be proficient in Computer skills.
       
[B]3)Project Manager  [/B]:
Should understand project at a glance. Candidate should be very sensitive to Quality of work. He/She should be minimum qualified as B.E (Civil) with experience of minimum 15-18 yrs in managing the construction of Residential / Commercial / Highly finish multi-storeyed building Projects. Should be proficient in Computer skills.
       
[B]4)Architect  [/B]:
Candidate should be innovative and eager to work in a dynamic and result oriented organization. He/ She should be B’Arch with minimum 5-7 yrs of experience. He/ She should be proactive, efficient, and effective in day to day activities / operation of the department. Should prepare large scale project Drawing (Residential/ Commercial) according to local bye laws (NCR) and NBC. Candidate having knowledge of software like Sketch-up, REVIT, PHOTOSHOP, 3DMAX, CORAL etc will be added advantage.
       
[B]5)M.E.P/ Service Engineer  [/B]:
Candidate should have proven ability to plan and implement of work schedule at sites. He/ She should be B.E. /Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with minimum 15-20 yrs of experience. Candidate should posses excellent understanding for Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire- fighting services, Air conditioning work of the projects. Candidate should have computer working skills.
       
[B]6)Junior Site Engineer  [/B]:
Candidate should be proficient in co-ordinating and executing jobs in a time bound manner with quality parameters. He/ She should be Diploma holder (Civil) from the reputed institute with 5-7 yrs experience. He/ She should be well versed in Construction procedures and should possess computer skills.
       
[B]7)Billing Engineer  [/B]:
Candidate should be having technical set of skills to achieve the target in time bound. He should be B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering from reputed university/ institute with 10-15 yrs. Candidates should be well versed in preparation and verification of bills/ B.B.S. Preparation of Comparative statement/ analysis of price of different item at site. Candidate should have knowledge of Ms word, Ms Excel, Ms Project, AutoCAD.

[B]8)Planning and Coordination Engineer  [/B]:
Candidate should be capable of handling and motivating a team to achieve goals and targets. He should be B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering from reputed institute having 10-15 yrs of experience. Candidate should have proven track record in fulfilling every requirement and the completion of Project. Candidate should be proficient in Ms. Project, AUTOCAD, and PRIMAVERA.

[B]9)Work Supervisor  [/B]:
Candidate should be having efficient supervision of task. He should be Sr. Secondary/ Diploma in Civil engineer from reputed institute with 5-10 yrs of experience. He shall manage of day to day activities at site in time bound manner. Candidate should control over necessary wastage at site and report the head regarding performance/ consumption at site day to day base.
       
[B]10)Sr. Executive/Assist. Manager/ Manager (Purchase)  [/B]:
Candidate should be go-getter with a proven ability to achieve targets. Candidate should be Post Graduate Diploma/ M.B.A in material management with 5-8 yrs of experience. Candidate should be good at coordinating services with Potential supplier/ Vendor regarding projects. Knowledge of technical specification of material related to Civil, Electrical, Mechanical and Interiors is must. Candidate should be well versed in Computer skills.
