[B]1)Civil/Site Engineer  [/B]:
As a civil engineer, your main responsibility will lie in looking after the activities at site, monitoring a construction project, checking materials and design specifications and coordination with the contractor team.
[B]Desired Knowledge and Skills  [/B]:
acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives;
setting out, leveling and surveying the site;
checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations;
ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per specifications;
managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client/architect;
day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors;
planning the work and efficiently organising the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines;
overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site;
preparing reports as required;
resolving any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise.
Minimum of 2-5 years’ experience on site

Administration executive required SSLC / PUC pass candidates who have exposure in postage & courier maintenance, stationeries, making and serving beverages to the guests / staff.
Basic knowledge on Bank related works; Liaison with various govt. departments will be an added advantage.
[B]Desired Knowledge and Skills  [/B]:
Graduate preferably with a Diploma in HR / Personnel Management
2 – 5 years of experience in the Administration Function within the Real Estate industry
Knowledge of HR / Administration Systems and Policies
Drafting and Document Maintenance Skills

[B]3)Customer Relations Manager  [/B]:
Customer relations managers will work with apartment owners on a daily basis turning potential problems into achievements. You will have responsibility for ensuring that customers are serviced in a responsive and courteous manner to make them anesteemed home owner and solve all their basic issues. You will interact with salespeople, construction staff and contractors as you service homeowners with effective coordination.

Knowledge of basic MS Office a must
