- To look overall Accounting under Store Purchase Section of the Company.
- To perform overall Accounting under Store Purchase Module in Microsoft Business Solutions – NAVISION, (ERP Based Software).
- Invoicing of GRN (Good Receipt Note) Under Microsoft Business Solution – NAVISION.
- Invoicing of Cash purchase Grn & passing necessary entries related to cash purchase.
- To Passing Allocation entry based upon the Issue Slip where cost is actually allocated.
- Manage Account payable & Account reconciliation of Vendor A/c.
- To reconcile overall Vendor Ledgers with Vendor Account Statement.
- Make Payment Advices of the Concerned Vendors.
- Monitoring of Sundry Debtors/Creditors for all location of the Company.
- Maintaining & Updating the Excel Worksheet with all the relevant details required by management for all valued & Big Supplier.

- To look after the calculation and checking of contractor bill, tour bills.
- Passing Imprest journal entries, Debit Entries for contractor & employees.
- Preparation of Work Order in word & in Navision for ongoing jobs at plant.
- To Calculate & record the T.D.S. of Contractors and take necessary action for releasing the Security Deposits money.
- Preparation of VAT Audit Report/ Service Tax Reports and MIS Report.
- Preparation of Reports based on Rent, Equipment Hire charges, Watch & ward expenses, Local conveyance, Contractor labor charges, Issue of diesel for audit purpose.
- Preparing Payment Advice of Contractor Bills.
