Dear Sir , I am Asif Anwar, a consumer of your company. I am facing a unique problem from your company. That is a court notice from your company. It is very unpleased to say your KANPUR CIVIL LINES BRANCH OFFICE ( Reliance Communication Ltd 3rd Floor ,16/04 Civil lines, Axis bank compound Kanpur ) sent me a pre-litigation letter to me that I have a pending amount of Rs 4093.61 up to the date 20 JAN 2005. Sir , I have bought a mobile from your company on 22 Aug 2003 . And the reference number is Mobile/Fwp/Data/HSD NO .9336217017. I have paid all the bill timingly until 10 SEPT 2004 . After that due to my financial problem and the big amount of bill, I surrendered my mobile, charger and an amount of Rs 1239.00 on 17.01.2005 at your registered Franchise M/S TELETAC COMMUNICATION Arya Nagar Kanpur . Now the franchise changed or is transferred to M/S RAJ COMMUNICATION Opposite Moti Jheel Kanpur. And the ownership of this franchise has changed hands. The problem is that I have lost my receipt in the period of 7 Years . How can i keep this receipt for such a long time ? And the franchise is not giving any detail. And also deny about this matter because of new owner. They don't know about that. So I met your Civil lines branch . They told me that if you have any evidence of receipt, we will withdraw our notice otherwise they will sue against me. What can I do in this matter? Can you suggest me? Why should I pay to you unlawful dues to your company that I have already paid. I feel very harassed now. Either I will go for legal action against the company or in Consumer court. I have no way to solve the problem and want let you know my condition . Best Regards Asif Anwar
