[B]Major Job Responsibilities  [/B]: 
File all returns online or manually with the concerned Tax department.
Reconcile all Account Payable and Receivable and generate management report every weekly and monthly.
Raise Invoices, Delivery Challans / Delivery notes, Payment Vouchers for all deliveries and goods transfers.Documentation of all hard and soft copies related to statutory compliance.
Consultation and counseling with registered company Charted Accountant as need basis.
Travel to desired IT, CST, IE and STPI offices on need basis.
Follow up with Customers for any outstanding Payments.
Escalate all Payment Receivable that are due more than overdue 15 days.
Follow up with Suppliers for all Quotes and Deliveries.
Be office interface for all office administration supporting telephones, electricity and facility related activities.
[B]Qualifications  [/B]:
Bachelor / College degree
2 years’ related experience in Company accounting related to KST/CST, IE, IT AND STPI.
Good knowledge about Inco-Terms, Local Taxes, Duties and Freight.
Good understanding and/or knowledge of Taxation.
Good interpersonal skill and able to manage the conflict.
Fluent in speaking and written English.
Passion to excellence, hardworking and adaptive to new environment.

[B]2)Software Engineer Trainee  [/B]:
The training period will be six months. A stipend will be paid during the period. Confirmation will happen after six months based on the performance during the training.
Your selection for the training program does not guarantee employment with the company, which will be based on the assessment results and the requirements within the company at that point of time.
The subject format has to be Year of Pass out-Qualification-Current Location. (2010-B.E.-Mysore) or (2009-MCA-Chennai)
