Responsible for Cross Promotion tie ups, association and breaking barter deals for brand communications and gross acquisition
Monitoring of overall business performance and with respective functional departments. Prepare Marketing plan and budget and translate the approved plans into a marketing calendar. Monitor achievement of the same ensuring maximum return on marketing spend.
