[B]Job Description / Responsibilities  [/B]:
Write Solution Briefs, Case Studies, White Papers and other strategic collateral to support the business and establish thought leadership
Refresh existing content with new releases to demonstrate unique value propositions to target markets
Deliver presentations to media and customers for new product launches
Conduct performance tests and prepare associated documentation
Represent A10 at select events
Prepare technical competitive analysis 
[B]Required Skills [/B]:
Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast paced and collaborative environment
[B]Experience with one of the following [/B]:
 [B]1.Application Delivery/Load Balancing  [/B]: For example L4, L7, HTTP, HTTPS, Optimization, TCL Scripting, GSLB
 [B]2.Virtualization  [/B]: Familiarity with virtualization concepts, VMware or other Hypervisors (KVM, Hyper-V or Xen), IaaS, SaaS
 [B]3.Networking  [/B]: Solid IPv4 knowledge, IPv6, CGN/CGNAT, DS-Lite, NAT64/DNS64, knowledge of networking product lines, switching and routing 
In-depth knowledge of any of the following is a plus; Microsoft Applications (IIS, SharePoint, Exchange and Lync), Oracle or other enterprise applications, Security, SDN, IaaS
Excellent writing skills, including the ability to create original content based on research findings
Experience with competitive analysis including the ability to demonstrate unique value propositions to target markets
Presentation skills to clearly communicate product functionality and advantages
Product Marketing/Technical Marketing Engineer or equivalent experience
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent technical degree

We are looking for a full-time Junior Technical Writer to join the Technical Publications group of A10's Worldwide Marketing Team. As a team member in a fast-paced yet friendly, mentoring environment, you will help other technical writers maintain updates of user documentation for A10's award-winning Application Delivery Controller/Server Load Balancer, IPv6 migration, and QoS products. Primary responsibilities will be to gather and manage feedback on published manuals, work with developers and other team members as needed to modify content, and publish updated documentation CDs on a regular basis. User documents include Configuration Guides as well as GUI and CLI References. You also will help review and proof documents by other marketing team members as needed.
