The project is “Diabetic retinopathy” based in Alwar. An International NGO World Diabetes Foundation, Denmark” funds the project. The project is focusing on Prevention and Treatment of Blindness caused by Diabetic Retinopathy in Alwar.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
o Conduct base line studies and market researches.
o Network with Government and Non-government Organizations.
o Organize awareness-building campaigns for prevention of common eye problems.
o Prepare monthly & quarterly reports of work done.
o Trouble-Shoot/Resolve problems of project staff and partners.
o Give trainings, health talks and orientations to freshers, field workers, about hospital, community work, camps, common eye problems etc. 
o Organize various eye camps in and around the project area as and when required.
