[B]Summary  [/B]: Team Member plays a key role in the day to day operations

More than 18 years of age
Maintain desired level of hospitality & cleanliness
Adhere to laid out work standards
Knowledge of computer is a must

High School or Graduate Diploma from Catering school
High sense of discipline & service orientation

[B]Summary  [/B]: Responsible for recruitment, manpower planning, sales forecasting , audit, housekeeping , inventory management , equipment maintenance & upkeep. He/She is responsible for overall P & L of the restaurant.

At least 5 years of supervisory experience in a hospitality chain/industry
Strong analytical skills
Excellent communication skills & Knowledge of computer is a must

Control day-to-day operations
Release P & L as per desired frequency
Deliver & exceed Revenue/Profit targets
Manpower recruitment, staffing & scheduling
