HealthBridge seeks a healthcare management professional for a Program Manager role. Managers are expected to lead a team of consultants and work closely with the leadership of leading hospitals, investment firms and public health organizations on a range of management consulting assignments.
[B]Key responsibilities  [/B]:
Strategic planning, program management and implementation support achieve significant improvements in business results (including, but not limited to EBIT/EBITDA, capital cost and clinical/operational results)
    Due diligence of hospitals for potential investors (e.g. PEs), including  developing 100-day plans for post-investment turnaround/ improvement
    Business planning for greenfield/ brownfield hospital projects Evaluation of public health programs, planning and implementation of performance improvement initiatives.
    Support business development of new client opportunities (from  road show to proposal writing and negotiations)
    Own select client leaderships end-to-end over time (e.g. with key executives, CEOs etc.)
    Develop the Firm’s capabilities in new areas including team building and IP generation.
[B]Desired skills and experience  [/B]:
    Excellent analytical and problem solving skills are essential for success in this position. Candidates must be able to quickly identify a problem and develop an approach to achieve results.
    Strong written and verbal communication skills and solid presence when interacting with senior clients.
    Strong project and people management skills. Candidates must demonstrate experience with handling multiple priorities and working effectively with team members.
    Ability to demonstrate thought leadership in healthcare
    Self starter with constant desire to learn and continually improve
    Fluency with Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    5 years experience in healthcare delivery organizations or management consulting firms
[B]Qualifications  [/B]:
    Graduate degree in health sciences and post-graduate business/ healthcare degree from top-tier Indian and global universities.
    Physicians and clinical professionals (dentists, therapists, others) preferred but not necessary.
    Solid academic scores (top 20% of class) critical.

[B]Associate  [/B]: 
HealthBridge seeks an Associate to support analysis, problem solving, recommendation development and implementation.
[B]Key Responsibilities  [/B]:
Mapping core hospital processes and identifying bottlenecks.
    Business and facility planning of green field hospital projects.
    Workforce analysis for optimization of costs.
    Market analysis for business planning, investment advisory, etc.
Over time, Associates are expected to move from playing a supportive role to leading a work stream and interacting with mid to senior client staff. Associates are also expected to contribute to Firm building activities.

    Strong quantitative and problem solving skills
    Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams and within tight timelines
    Proficient in Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    Excellent oral and written communication skills
    At least two years experience in healthcare delivery organizations or management consulting firm
