    Being the member of Purchase department he is responsible for coordinating with the external Suppliers, Customers, and internally with Engineering, Accounts, Marketing, Production, Logistics, Stores & Quality departments.
    He needs to plan, Obtain Quotations, Prepare the comparisons, Provide the budget, Release of Purchase orders, Follow up with suppliers to get the material to OCI stores, coordinate with QA for quality clearance, forward the Invoice to Accounts & follow for the payment to suppliers.
    He is also responsible for documenting, maintaining & updating all the relevant records.
    Planning & executing the purchase activities as per requirement of Customer, Marketing, Production and Indenters based on established procedures.
    Managing the current vendors.
    Assist Manager - Purchase in Sourcing new / existing raw materials / developing new vendors.
    Provide MIS reports to the Manager
    Experience in Medium/Large scale manufacturing companies
    Experience in Purchase, Sourcing, Vendor development, Vendor management, ISO 9001-2008 Quality systems
    Should be well versed with Computer operations (especially MS-Excel), experience in using any ERP
    Good communication skill, negotiation skill, interpersonal skills, willing to work as a team member.

    Directs and implement quality systems in the organization, compliance to medical devices regulatory requirements. Lead the quality group for effective implementation and liaison with external notified bodies, customers and within organization on all quality issues
    Executive with background of quality experience in electronic manufacturing, Medical equipment’s 10 years.
    Quality Systems, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, OSHAS 18001, FDA, CE, Quality Management, Quality Control, Quality Assurance.
    Quality Audits conduct audits to ensure compliance with statutory quality standards.
    Supplier Quality Management, Rohs, Engineering & Product Development, 
    Liaising with external bodies on matters pertaining to Quality Management systems.
    Conduct Training Programs to support quality systems
    Management Representative is responsible to establish, implement and maintain the Quality Management system as per ISO 9001-2008, ISO 13485- 2003
    Promotion of awareness of Customer, statutory & regulatory requirements throughout the Organization.
    Report to the top management on the performance of the quality Management and recommended any need for improvement.
    Be aware of the Regulatory Affairs activities and include same into the process.
    Head the Quality activities of Inward Raw materials, In-Process Quality, Validation, Testing, Calibration with the available resources.
    Recruit, Train and deploy the Manpower in the Quality Dept.
    Leading the CAPA of all the processes.
    Communication/feedbacks with the suppliers & customers
    Lead the customer complaints handling
    Should have knowledge on Quality & Regulation
