[b]Job Description [/b]:
** we seeks a sharp, diligent, and energetic mind to help with the gathering, processing, and analysis of data on human health and genetic variation.
** The analyst will work closely with local and overseas-based colleagues to build tools for flexibly querying individualized genome sequence data against published data on allele-specific disease risks.
** This person will be responsible for building the offshore team in Aurangabad and will be responsible for all its deliverables.

[b]Desired Candidate Profile [/b]:
** Should have advanced, up-to-date training in biological and/or medical research, with a strong grasp of fundamental concepts and
** terminology in genomics and genetic medicine
** Fluency in the use of human genome data sources/tools (such as HapMap, HuGeNet, ENCODE, etc.)
** Worked in web applications (such as Flex and Flash)
** Should be familiar with data analysis/visualization tools (such as R and/or GIS packages)
** Linux-based computing skills (especially in SQL, Perl, and/or other open-source tools for managing large datasets) are essential
** Strong spoken and written English communication skills
** Should have exhibited previous team leading skills
** Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
