Before joining into the job I under gone T3 (Train The Trainer) Programme for the duration of 25 days which will clear the trainer in how to give training. In this programme I did mobilization where I interacted with the village people and I made zero educated people to join in our training. I gave training for 6 to 8 months in 6 skills and I placed them in various corporate environments. After placing people, I also take care of their post placement where they can sustain for longer time in a particular job. So that they can get experience and they can grow in their career.
