[b]Nature of Work [/b]: 
i) Worked as project Engineer.
- Engineering coordination with consultants for submission of equipment drawings.
- Review & Approval of engineering drawings as GA Drawings, SLD, HT&LT board layout and control drawings, Earthing Layouts, Transformer, Bus ducts, Cable Schedules, Cable Routes, Motors, Battery & Battery Charger, Lighting Transformer etc.
- Co-ordination with equipment vendor & commercial Department for expediting equipment delivery at site as per project schedule.
- Preparation of cable route layout, Earthing Layout Drawing, Sub-station panel load calculation & Transformer load calculation, Area Lighting & Single Line Diagram.
- Erection, Testing & Commissioning of 33 Kv Panels, 6.6 Kv panels & 415v PMCC & MCC Panels, Power, Distribution & Lighting Transformers, Lighting DBs, UPS & Batteries.
- Erection, Testing & Commissioning of HT and LT Motors.
- Erection and commissioning of Variable Speed Drives(ABB make).
- Testing & Commissioning of Heat Tracing System and Cathodic Protection system.
- Erection of cable tray structure & cable trays. Cable routing, laying, jointing, termination, 
 testing & commissioning of LT and HT cables.
- Plant illumination system which includes installation, testing & commissioning of High mast towers & street light poles.
- Maintaining, updating & monitoring the records of drawing specifications & Documentation.
- Preparation of system documents & as built drawings for handing over to maintenance & Document centre.
- Making of Earthing grid for the plant area including Earth pits and laying of earth strips.
- Substation & control room building lighting. 
ii) At Operation & Maintenance Dept.
- Preventive Maintenance of Electrical Equipment which includes HT/LT Motors, HT/LT panels, Breakers, Isolators, Power and Distribution Transformer, Lighting Transformer, Emergency Board, DG sets, AC & DC UPS, Motor Operated Valve (MOV), Lighting System, Monsoon protection of Electrical Equipment etc.
- Condition monitoring of HT/LT Motors, HT/LT panels, Power and Distribution Transformer, Lighting Transformer, Emergency Board, DG sets, AC & DC UPS, lighting System etc.
- Modification in Motor Feeders, incomer & outgoing Feeders, PMCC & MCC panels and updating & maintaining related as built drawings. 
- Trouble shooting of HT/LT Motor Feeders, HT/LT panels, Isolators, Emergency Board, DG sets, AC & DC UPS, Motor Operated Valve (MOV), Lighting System etc and maintaining related as built drawings and SOP’s.
- Testing of various types of electrical equipment like Transformer, Relays, Breakers, Motor, Motor Feeder, Battery etc.
- Condition Monitoring and Fault rectification of Heat Tracing System.
- Condition Monitoring and fault rectification of Cathodic Protection system.
- Planning, preparation & implementation of maintenance schedule for various instruments on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual bases and Supervise planned & unplanned maintenance activities.
- In PM Module, Notification creation, PM order changing &completion through SAP System.
- Spare Development, Monthly consumption checklist and Follow-up with Stores & Purchase for 
 timely supply of required spares.
- Co-ordination with contractors, measurement of job, material consumption and reconciliation.
- Build in depth technical understanding of plant operation
- Liaise vendors for various maintenance activities as and when required.
- Monitoring and maintenance of records of individual equipment to analyze reliability.
- Technical Guidance and leadership.
- Respond to queries or complaints arising from various processes on use of instruments.
- Provide technical assistance and guidance is use of tools as and when required.
[b]iii) Major jobs handled during Shut Down [/b]: 
- Overhauling of 33KV, 6.6KV and 415V panels, Motor lifting and shifting for overhauling
- Overhauling and capacity enhancement of transformers and replacement of necessary corroded parts like HT/LT/Neutral box, radiators & bushing.
- Extension of HT/LT Panels, Capacity enhancement of transformers and necessary CT replacement & wiring modification.
- Installation of New emergency panel and related ATS. Checking of Downstream & upstream closing & tripping interlocks.
- Implementing ATS scheme at L&T make PMCC with numerical relays.
- Replacement of multifunction transducer and necessary wiring modification for installation of Electrical Control System. 
- Replacement of new & numerical relay and necessary CT replacement & wiring modification. 
- CT and Relay testing, Inspection of equipment, preparation of check list & punch points.
- Capacity enhancement of AC UPS by commissioning of a new one.
- Charging and Discharging of Battery bank.
- Planning, co-ordination, job distribution and timely implemention of shutdown jobs
- Documentation and detailing of jobs on paper and in SAP
- Wiring modification, loop checking, installation and commissioning of panel for ECS and load sheeding scheme.
