- To knowledge of Elastics like as Jacquard, Crochet, Thread, Webbings and others products.

- Well versed in operating and maintaining the Indian and Automated computer control machines.
- To get involved full time into the maintenance and supervise the production Workers for better output.
- Make Decision to repair or replace fail/damaged components independently.
