Prepare of Estimations cost of different Over head Line (HT & LT) and Sub stations.
- Map the Sites (New) which requires Electricity Board Power Supply.
- To get EB Power at Site by Application for EB Power Connection with 
 Necessary documents as required by the Electricity Board
- Coordinate to Vendor Rate Negotiation & Finalization
- Coordinate with SCM team for Rate Contract (RC)
- Site Allotment to Vendor for EB Power Connection Works.
- Monitoring status of Application, DN,DD issue to Electricity Board
- Checking & Evaluation BOQ & BOM prepared by Electricity Board or Vendor.
- To take necessary approval from Circle Head & HO for EBP work Estimates.
- Sending DD Request for payment of security & supervision charges of 
 Electricity Board
- Coordination with Electricity Board & Vendor for Execution of EB Connection
 Work
- Monitor progress of EBP Work for getting power at sites.
- Ensure Standard and Quality material usage for EB work.
- Certification of Invoices submitted by vendor with jointly measurement sheet 
 & Meter Installation Report for EB Connection work in time.
- Raise the Indent for SO & get it released in coordination with SCM team
- Coordination with Accounts & Finance for released of Vendor payment.
- Rectification of EB power connected site where EB power not utilizing due to
 Disconnection within 3 days for Minor cases & 7 days for Major cases in 
 Coordination with O & M team.
- Necessary documentation regarding the EBP connection work such DN paid 
 Receipt, Vendor Bills/ Invoices, SC & SD amount paid receipt.
 Sending EB Status Report to HO as required time to time regarding progress 
 Of work.
 Site wise Analysis EB Power Availability & improvement in Quality of power 
 Received
 Site wise EB Power usage analysis
 Awareness regarding the future plans for EB Power availability of Electricity 
Preparation of final Bill in Indent tracking & Quality Check of 33/.4KV and11/.4 KV Sub Station & LT & HT Line.
Previous working - working as a SR. Electrical Engineer in Reliance Communication Ltd. Liasoning & co-ordination to Electrical Vendors and 4 discoms like NESCO,SOUTHCO,WESCO ,CESU And PCL Board of all Orissa.
