[b]1) Design and Fabrication Of Automatic Indexing In Slotting Machines [/b]:
A stepper motor was used to reduce human intervention required on a slotting machine table for indexing. A PCB was used to control the operation of the stepper motor which was earlier manually done. 
[b]2) Design And Fabrication Of Solenoid Operated Braking System [/b]:
An electromagnetic property of a solenoid switch was used to engage the braking system at the press of a button. This improves the efficiency of the braking system compared to manually operated braking systems in automobiles and elevators.
[b]3) Increase The Productivity By Implementation Of The Lean Concept [/b]:
We achieved Line Balancing, Reduced cycle times and hence improved productivity by using Kaizen, Kanban, Poka Yoke, TPM and 5s implementation methods. This project was successfully completed in Thai Summit Neel Pvt. Ltd. Hosur.
