- Worked as Computer Science teaching faculty in Siddhardha Convent High School . from 2006 to 2011
- Teaching Computer science to students from class VI to X

- Have worked as Substitute teacher for English and Hindi for 2 months, managing nursery students for three months

- Was selected as the supporting team member for developing the new Management Information Systems (MIS) for the Organization. The team was an assortment of individuals from different department across India; who had thorough understanding of their Department; who could explain the intricacies of their Department to the development team, to provide input, to regularly test the usability of the software.
- Handling complaints & generating reports at Branch level, Customer Service Cell & at Head office.

- Was awarded with the Best Customer Service Agent trophy in South for 3 consecutive years. 
- Was the topper at All India Assistant Manager Search Contest.
- Was appreciated by the Management of GATI LTD., for my performance in handling Inbound and Outbound calls, handling Customers’ Complaints within the Customer Service Cell.
- Was promoted as the Customer Service Executive and transferred to Customer Service Cell.
- Active participant in school sport activities like kabaddi, kho-kho & running race. Won many trophies at school level.

- Xth under AISSE from Kendriya Vidyalaya Picket in 1990
