Commissioning After revamp Experience Worked in the commissioning activities after revamp of Gas concentration unit Amine Regeneration unit Wet gas compressor unit and Gasolene and ATF Merox treatment unit Responsibilities while on commissioning. -Develop high level and detailed Commissioning and Start up procedures for all equipment and piping and implement as per schedule in the respective Unit. -And supervise, plan and direct daily activities like, Hydro test, water flushing, air blowing, steam blowing, N2 inerting & Preparation of leak test packages - Mechanical run test of compressors, pumps and other equipment, etc. -Ensure all appropriate check sheet have been cleared Hands-on experience in operation and maintenance handover procedures of equipment like reactors, regenerators, fractionators, absorbers, gas compressors-centrifugal and reciprocating, various types of pumps, heat exchangers, , filters, driersetc. Trainings I have undergone various training courses like Fire-fighting, permit to work System, Personality Development, Technical Refreshment, Safety and First Aid, Team Building etc. I can train my subordinates.
