CUSTOMER COMPLAINT
- Login, follow-up, reply mail preparation and trend updating for Site wise, Complaint wise, Product type wise, Destination wise. 
- Monitoring and Coordination of External and Internal Audits, Management Review and Subsequent Corrective and Preventive action. 
- Reviewing the Quality Trend, EMS Parameters trend and Accident trend at the Site and monitor Corrective and Preventive action. 
- Handling Customer complaints, Non-conformances and their corrective and preventive actions (CA/PA). 
Implementation of Standardizations
- ISO 9001-2008, ISO 13485 – 2003 Implementation and Internal Auditing. 
- EMS 14001 / OHSAS 18001 – Responsible for preparing Risk Assessment & Environmental Aspects & Impacts for Quality Assurance Department.
- Presently part of Safety Health Environment and Education & Training pillar core Team.
